Convalidation Ceremony
We are thrilled to announce a special and deeply meaningful event in our lives – a Catholic convalidation ceremony. This ceremony, scheduled to take place May 18, 2024, is not just a renewal of our vows but a spiritual affirmation of our marriage in the eyes of the Catholic Church. Since 2012, we have journeyed together as husband and wife, building a life filled with love, understanding, and shared dreams. However, as Catholics, it's important to us that our union is recognized and blessed by the Church. This convalidation ceremony is a sacred rite that will bring our marriage into full communion with the Catholic faith, aligning our marital journey with our religious beliefs.

A Catholic convalidation ceremony is more than a formality; it's a heartfelt declaration of our commitment in front of God and our community. For those unfamiliar, this ceremony is akin to a traditional wedding, but it holds a unique significance for couples like us who were married outside of the Church. It involves a formal exchange of vows in the presence of a priest, symbolizing the Church's recognition and blessing of our marital bond. This beautiful and solemn occasion allows us to reaffirm our love and dedication to each other under the guidance of our faith. We invite you to share in this joyous and spiritual moment with us, as we strengthen our bond and continue our journey together, blessed by our faith and surrounded by our loved ones.
We look forward to seeing you!
Our celebration wouldn't be the same without you. Please let us know if you plan to attend by following the RSVP link below, and make note of any dietary restrictions or special requests.
